My background isn't in stuffy corporate boardrooms—it’s in live entertainment and independent filmmaking. As a stand-up comedian and the creator of the independent TV pilot OFF AIR, I have spent years learning exactly how to read a room, hold an audience's attention, and turn a crowd of strangers into a community.

Creating a successful show requires two things: high-energy engagement on stage, and an absolute refusal to quit behind the scenes. I’ve spent my career balancing both. I know firsthand what it takes to organize people, manage a live schedule, and handle the unexpected curveballs of a live production.

Now, I’m bringing that exact same grit, optimism, and enthusiasm to company events.

I founded Abbie Lemke LLC because I believe workplace gatherings don't have to be awkward or boring. You don't need a massive, hyper-polished agency to create a great experience. You just need clear organization, an upbeat atmosphere, and a host who genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a fantastic time.
